Prices shown are starting prices and exclude GST where applicable. Final fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Fees and entry limits in packs can be changed by mutual agreement. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Fees are payable in advance by bank transfer or UPI against an invoice, unless we agree otherwise. Work starts after payment is received.
We aim to file within statutory due dates, provided we receive your documents on time. We are not responsible for penalties, interest or fees that arise from late, incomplete or incorrect information from you.
We prepare and file based on the information you provide and the law as it stands. We cannot guarantee a particular tax result or the decision of any authority.
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose, to the extent the law allows.
We keep your information confidential, except where disclosure is needed to carry out the work or is required by law.
Either party may end a continuing service with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already started or completed are not refundable. If we have been paid for a full period we have not started, we refund it in proportion.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do.
